Frankincense for Greater Spiritual Awareness

31 - Frank for spiritual awareness

Ever wished you could have greater spiritual awareness during prayer, meditation, or Bible study?  If so, next time consider adding a drop of Frankincense to the top of your head before those activities.  Frankincense is a holy oil in the Middle East, it was given to the Christ child after His birth, and it is an ingredient in holy incense.  It is known to increase spiritual awareness, promote meditation, and uplift the mood.

Find Monthly Relief with Dragon Time

30 - Dragon TimeLadies, we all know that sometimes “our time of the month” can be rough for us… and those around us.  Young Living has an amazing blend called Dragon Time that can help make your monthly moodiness, cramps and bloating much more manageable.  This blend contains the oils: Jasmine, Clary Sage, Marjoram, Lavender, Fennel and Blue Yarrow.  All of these oils help to support normal healthy emotions during a woman’s monthly cycle as well as help to lessen the effects of cramps and bloating that are normal during the monthly cycle as well.

During my cycle, I apply a drop or two over my abdomen as needed.  I appreciate having this oil available each month… and so does my family!

Quick Tip: When the Drops Just Won’t Come Out

25 - air vent drop reducer 300x

Ever wonder why the drops of essential oil are just not coming out of your bottle?  Perhaps it is because the oil is really thick (think: Vetiver) OR it could be that you were never shown how the drop-reducer insert in the bottle of essential oils works.  It is common to think that the essential oil comes out of the large hole in the center of the reducer, however, that is the air hole that allows air into the bottle so that the drops come out easier.  The actual hole that the oil drips from is in the recessed circle (or “ditch”) in the drop reducer.  The hole is tiny but that is to prevent too much from coming out at once.
